Who Works on Your Trees?
Certified Arborists
ISA certified arborists are a part of our professional staff, with many years of experience in the study and application of all aspects of tree biology, including tree identification, disease diagnosis, and tree management. Our certified arborists will assess your trees, provide recommendations, create treatment plans, and work on large-scale projects that require the knowledge and expertise of a certified arborist. To be certified as an ISA-certified arborist, one must pass a series of written exams and continue their education annually, demonstrating their commitment to being the best in their profession.
Experienced Tree Climbers
Tree climbing is an art and a science. Our experienced certified tree climbers have spent many years developing the skills to climb trees at great heights using advanced rigging techniques and safely accessing trees in virtually any position. Our certified climbers are also trained in aerial rescue and follow the highest level of safety guidelines.
Ground Crew
The ground crew of our company provides the support necessary to run efficiently. Our ground crew is responsible for managing and operating equipment, processing debris, creating safe areas around equipment, and ensuring a successful completion of the job. Several of our ground crew members are currently working towards becoming certified arborists or tree climbers; we believe in developing our employees from within.
Equipment Operators
Operating stump grinders, chipper, and other heavy equipment used by our company requires knowledge and experience. All of our equipment operators are well-trained, where necessary, certified in the operation of equipment, and take pride in properly maintaining the equipment to ensure it runs safely and efficiently.
Back Office & Customer Service
While our arborists and climbing crew are out in the field servicing our customers’ needs, there are several individuals in the office who help keep things running smoothly. The back office staff is responsible for scheduling appointments, coordinating logistics, handling billing, and keeping our customers informed of what is happening. The back office staff is knowledgeable about tree care and strives to provide the highest level of customer service possible.
Continuing Education
Tree care is a constantly changing industry. In order to stay current with new products and technologies, our employees receive continuous training, certification opportunities, safety education, and other professional development activities. With a knowledgeable and highly skilled group of employees, we can better serve our customers.
